How long does it take to get the final photos and videos?: Turnaround time depends on the project size, but typically: Unedited images and/or source video footage: 3–5 days. Retouching: 7–10 days. Video editing: 10–12 days.
Do you provide edited content?: Yes, if retouching and video editing is included in your agreed package.
Can you provide raw files?: We can provide raw files upon request for an additional fee.
How do we receive the final deliverables?: You'll receive your files via a Dropbox link.

How far in advance do we need to book?: We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates.

Do you require a deposit?: Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking, typically 50% of the total cost.
