Terms & Conditions

By engaging Elyse Potter Photography for any services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Deliverables

Delivery timelines are agreed upon at booking. Typical turnaround times: edited images 7–10 days, video 10–12 days. Raw/unedited files are available for an additional fee.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the images for agreed purposes. Elyse Potter Photography retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Elyse Potter Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, equipment failure). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost.
